Paths through unspoilt Majorca
Many walkers are attracted by the challenge of the Tramuntana mountains lying to the north of Majorca. The north-east, with its Parc Natural de la Peninsula de Llevant, is still an insider’s tip in the hiking world. Created in 2001, it covers a 25,509 hectare area and is located close to Artà.
The 13 hiking trails are extremely well signposted, offering a variety of routes ranging from 550 m to 6.5 km and up to an altitude of 565 metres. The shorter routes are also perfect for “occasional walkers”.
