Hiking

The north-east of Mallorca offers wonderful coastal walks of all levels of difficulty. Above Artà, the “Parc natural de la península de Llevant” is only 6 km away (12 minutes by car from the hotel). From the car park with information centre, 13 well-signposted circular hiking trails lead through the spectacular nature reserve. It is also worth making a detour to the nearby “Ermità de Betlem”. The Talaiotic village of “Ses Paisses”, an important Iron Age settlement, is directly accessible from the hotel. The “Via Verde” – the old railway line that has now been converted into a hiking and cycle path – leads from Artà through the beautiful countryside to Manacor.
